The 2 and 3 trains stop nearby and reach Times Square in approximately 14 minutes, continuing to Penn Station, Chelsea and the Financial District.
Who We Host
Traveling professionals on project assignments, visiting faculty and clinical staff, media and production crews, training program participants, and employees in the middle of a relocation.
Because the suites share one townhouse, a team travelling together can often be housed in the same building rather than scattered across a hotel block.
How To Arrange It
Send the traveler's name, the arrival and departure dates, and how many people need space. We reply with availability and a rate for those exact dates.
A stay request is not an automatically confirmed reservation. We confirm the details with you in writing before anything is final, which keeps the paper trail clean for expense and travel policies.
Private Suites
Single travelers usually take the Queen or Single Bed Suite; teams and longer assignments take the King or Loft.

We welcome guests staying for several weeks and quote longer assignments individually based on dates, length of stay and group size.
Each suite is private with free WiFi and its own bathroom, and suites include seating areas and a kitchenette or wet bar rather than a single hotel-room desk.
The 2 and 3 trains stop nearby and Times Square is approximately a 14 minute ride; the A, B, C and D trains at 125th Street also serve Midtown and Columbus Circle.
