We welcome creator referrals and authentic guest content. To keep our approach clear and consistent, all stays at ICI248 must be paid.
Our standing policy
Paid stays only
- We do not offer complimentary stays, free nights, or barter stays in exchange for content.
- Approved creators may be offered a discounted stay, a referral or promo code for their audience, a creator referral code, or a combination of these, at ICI248's discretion.
- Any discount, referral benefit, commission, or audience code must be agreed in writing before the stay or promotion.
- All creator stays remain paid stays.
- No retroactive credits or refunds for content after a stay.
- Creator codes and discounts are not guaranteed and may be limited by dates, room availability, minimum stay rules, or other booking conditions.
Discounts & referral codes
What approved creators may be offered
Depending on fit and availability, approved creators may be offered a discounted stay, a referral or promo code for their audience, a creator referral code, or a combination of these, entirely at ICI248's discretion. Nothing is guaranteed.
Any discount, referral benefit, commission, or audience code must be confirmed in writing before the stay or promotion begins. No specific amount, percentage, or payout schedule is promised by this policy.
All creator stays remain paid stays. If a referral credit or commission is offered, it applies only to eligible direct bookings made with the assigned code and successfully completed, not canceled, refunded, or no-show.
Creator codes and discounts are not guaranteed and may be limited by dates, room availability, minimum stay rules, or other booking conditions. ICI248 may approve, pause, or discontinue creator codes at its discretion.
There are no retroactive credits or refunds for content produced after a stay. Creators must not use the ICI248 name, images, or trademarks to imply an official partnership unless confirmed in writing, and must disclose any referral relationship as required by applicable rules.
