Our creator policy
- All creator stays are paid. We do not offer complimentary stays or barter stays for content.
- Stay credit is earned through completed bookings from your code, not offered in advance.
- All benefits, rates, and commission are confirmed in writing before any stay or promotion. Approval and benefits are not guaranteed and depend on dates and availability.
- Commission and credit apply only to completed direct bookings, not canceled, refunded, or no show bookings.
- No retroactive credits or refunds for content after a stay.
- Creators must disclose any referral relationship and may not imply an official partnership unless confirmed in writing.
