Two Private Suites, One Shared Private Bathroom

Perfect for families, friends, and small groups traveling together. This unique accommodation includes two private Single Suites and one private bathroom shared exclusively between the two suites. The bathroom is located just a few feet outside the rooms and is not shared with any other guests.

We are centrally located just two blocks from all public transportation.

The 2 & 3 train will have you in Times Square in approximately 20 minutes.

Enjoy an 8 minute walk to Central Park and easy access to some of New York's most loved destinations including Sylvia's Soul Food, Red Rooster, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's, and more.

Good to Know

We know eating out in New York adds up quickly. The good news is every suite is fully equipped for cooking. Each suite includes a wet bar with a cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blender, cooking utensils, and champagne glasses.
Our minimum stay is three nights. If your dates are flexible or short notice, send us a message, we may have openings for shorter visits.
Check in begins at 3pm. You are welcome to pre arrange an earlier luggage drop off.
Check out is at 11am.
All suite pricing is based on 2 guests. Each additional guest is $50 per night.

Longer Stays in New York

We welcome guests staying for several weeks. Our private suites inside a historic New York townhouse are a comfortable home base for summer interns, work and training programs, visiting faculty, United Nations delegations, traveling professionals, and relocations. Each suite includes a wet bar, fresh linens, and everything you need to settle in for a longer visit.

A deposit is required to secure your reservation and confirm your dates. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Location and Transportation

Getting Here

We are located at 248 Lenox Avenue, also known as Malcolm X Boulevard, between 122nd and 123rd Street in a quiet landmark building.

The subway is located just two blocks away with easy access to all public transportation.

The 2 or 3 train, located near Whole Foods Market, can take you to Times Square in approximately 14 minutes.

Central Park beginning at 110th Street is approximately an 8 minute walk from the property.

Guests are also within walking distance of Trader Joe's, Target, major banks, supermarkets, and popular stores including Victoria's Secret, H and M, Banana Republic, The Gap, and TJ Maxx.
