The building is more than a century old. The stoop is original. The block is residential. You arrive and let yourself in like a New Yorker coming home, not like a guest checking into a lobby. That single difference shapes everything else.
Three Suites, Individually Styled
Our loft suite, queen suite, and twin suite each have their own layout, character, and light. Nothing in the building was bought in bulk. Each room was photographed by an editor's eye and styled for one guest at a time.
In-Suite Kitchens
Every suite includes a wet bar with a cooktop, microwave, toaster, blender, espresso machine, real cookware, and champagne glasses. You can cook a slow breakfast, pour a cocktail before dinner, or eat a quiet meal in instead of out. Eating out in New York is a sport — having the option to stay in is, to many of our guests, the difference.
