A reservation, booking, payment or purchase of any kind is not required to enter or to win. Entries submitted through the free alternative method of entry and entries originating from a Scratch N Stay™ Golden Drop are placed in the same drawing pool and are subject to the same eligibility requirements, entry limits and odds.

The drawing is administered by the Sponsor and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platform.

Minimum age: 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Geographic eligibility: Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

Additional eligibility conditions: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible.

Each Free New York Weekend Drawing runs as a 60-day promotional period.

Start: August 15, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time.

End: October 13, 2026 at 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time.

Entries must be received during the promotion period to be eligible. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

Method 1 — Scratch N Stay™ Golden Drop: If a Golden Drop is revealed while playing Scratch N Stay™, an entry form is presented. An entry is recorded only when that form is completed and submitted.

Method 2 — Free Alternative Method of Entry (no booking or purchase): Complete the free entry form on this page. No reservation, payment or purchase of any kind is required.

Entry limit: One (1) entry per person per drawing period, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries are removed.

Entries must contain a valid name and email address. Incomplete, illegible or automated entries are void.

Receiving a Golden Drop does NOT mean a participant has won the prize.

A Golden Drop only provides the opportunity to submit one eligible entry into the drawing. No prize is awarded at the moment a Golden Drop is revealed.

Drawing date: October 16, 2026.

One potential winner is selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner is notified by email at the address submitted with the entry.

The selected entrant must respond by 5 calendar days from the date the notification is sent.

Sponsor may require verification of identity, age and eligibility before the prize is awarded.

If the selected entrant is ineligible, cannot be reached, declines the prize, or fails to respond by the deadline, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize: One winner will receive a complimentary two-night stay for two guests at The International Cozy Inn in New York City. Accommodations will be selected by The International Cozy Inn and are subject to availability and applicable blackout dates.

Prize Includes: Accommodations only.

Transportation, airfare, meals, beverages, entertainment, parking, personal expenses, and other travel-related expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner.

Approximate retail value (ARV): $600.

Blackout dates and availability restrictions: Prize stay is subject to availability and may not be redeemed during designated blackout periods, including major holiday periods and other high-demand or sold-out dates. Available redemption dates will be provided to the winner by The International Cozy Inn.. The stay must be reserved in advance with the Sponsor.

Taxes: The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with the prize, and for any other costs not expressly described as included.

The complimentary stay must be redeemed within six (6) months of winner notification, subject to availability and blackout dates established by The International Cozy Inn, which retains control over available accommodations and eligible stay dates.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative, and no substitution or cash equivalent is offered except by the Sponsor or as required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the drawing.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits multiple or fraudulent entries, or acts in violation of these rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper operation.

Information submitted with an entry (name and email address) is collected by the Sponsor and used to administer the drawing, verify eligibility and notify the winner.

Entrants may also receive email updates from The International Cozy Inn and can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Entry information is not sold. It is shared only as necessary to administer the drawing or as required by law.
